Constructora de Corajes..

NO LO TOLERARE!! Ahora si que esta constructora me esta sacando canas verdes, ademas de todo ya empiezan a esconderse, andar con misterios y eso no esta bien, solo dan a entender que en realidad estan escondiendo algo. Porque el que nada debe nada teme. Pero una cosa si les digo a mi no me ven la cara, por lo menos deberian ser educados para darme una explicacion. Lo que tuve que hacer es una carta que envie directamente a las oficinas de mexico, espero recibir respuesta pronto, les paso una copia exacta de lo que mande, claro omiti nombres por razones obvias, les aclaro que la carta esta en ingles si alguien no le entiende.. NO LO TOLERARE!! a estas alturas y no pueden leer ingles, muy mal!! Es un idioma basico e importante. Pero aun asi me escriben un e-mail y yo les comento en español, lo pongo asi porque es una replica exacta de lo que mande.. Allow me to introduce myself, My name is EL JUDIO and I am a recent home owner in XXX. The property I purchased is XXXX.

I, together with many homeowners in this area, were Obviously aware of construction taking place adjacent to the main access road Into the residential areas of XXXXX.

However, unlike my neighbors who purchased their properties 8 or more years ago, I was not aware until last week, that Blue Prints produced by You, and flyers given to the buyers by XXX Estate Agents, representing You, clearly show all the land west of the properties on Via X are designated to be “ AREA DE RESERVA ECOLOGICA “.

In recent discussions with the neighbors, I asked them why did they not protest more vigorously if they thought their rights, clearly shown on the blue prints and as stated in the original CC & R’s and Homeowners Association documents, were being abused. I quote “ THE BASIC GOAL IS TO PROTECT THE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND THE CORONADO ISLANDS “.

The unanimous response was that there efforts to discuss the issues fell on deaf ears. An apathic attitude set in, when rumors led owners ( some absentee ) to believe that YOU with it’s ”20 downtown lawyers” would be too much for a disjointed groups of some 50 to 100 homeowners, to stand up against.

I went to the sales office several weeks ago, out of curiosity and asked to see a plan of the new construction. My visit had nothing to do with the current issues. I had friends interested in purchasing a home in XXXXX.

I was told that they did not have a plan to show me. I did mention that I thought the current construction of many homes crowded one next to each other with party walls and no space in between was out of character.

I also questioned the ethics of constructing homes ( or as now being referred to as DOG BOXES ), so high, that they block out the view of the XX Islands to dozens of homeowners.

I know now that a stronger more concerted effort should have been made by the homeowners. I am sure that the points that have now arisen regarding the detrimental look of the Low Income Housing Commission homes and the blatant obstruction of views would have resulted in a development satisfactory to all concerned.

It is not too late to discuss alternatives compromises at this Eleventh Hour, even though many lots have already supposedly been sold.

This issue may be a legal one- only a judge could determine if YOU had the legal right to build on this land in this manner.

Your lawyers will say “yes” and lawyers representing the home owners will say no” The lawyers get paid either way. It’ would be like a cow with YOU and the homeowners at the head and the tail, and the lawyers milking us in the middle.

In my opinion, this is 100% a moral and ethical issue. The homeowners in this area paid top dollars, because they were told & given written evidence – that their homes would have unobstructed views of the Islands.

I’m not sure who is the “might” in this case – but – might is not right.

Perhaps if YOU were to abandon construction East of the last home now under construction and develop the rest of land as previously zoned for an Ecological Reserve, a compromise could be worked out between Honorable Gentlemen..

If the illegal professions enters the arena, nobody will win. The homeowners could loose their views. XXXX will loose it’s wonderful reputation, due to bad publicity and whoever gave the o.k. to proceed with this building problem ( knowing or not knowing all the facts ) will live with a guilty conscientious, if he, she or they have one !!!

I had a meeting with Lic. CHAYANNE. I do not believe he should be held accountable in anyway.
